Kpop2 is the best store for super cheap circle lenses! They have a whole category for lenses around $10 a pair~ When you visit their website, don't be fooled by the diameters. The diameter in the title of each circle lens, is its graphic diameter (meaning, how big the actual design is). I find this more helpful than the typical lens diameter because you can have a 15.0 mm lens diameter, with only a 14.5 mm graphic diameter which can really trick you when you're looking for something enlarging!
